Jalen Hurts Says “I’m Going to Disney World!” After Eagles Super Bowl Win

On Sunday, February 9, 2025, the Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl LIX. After which, quarterback Jalen Hurts continued a tradition of Super Bowl winners and said “I’m going to Disney World!” Hurts will be going to Walt Disney World and be a part of a celebration at the Most Magical Place on Earth on Monday, February 10th.

Tomorrow, Hurts will be the star of a fantastic day that is filled with attractions, entertainment, and magical moments with favorite Disney friends. There will also be a festive parade down Main Street, USA at Magic Kingdom that will include colorful floats and thousands of cheering fans and guests.

Hurts is the second Eagles player that will celebrate an NFL championship at a Disney Park. The tradition began in 1987 with the New York Giants quarterback Phil Simms being the first to say “I’m Going to Disney World” after winning the Super Bowl. Through the years, many other great players have said the same… or that they are going to Disneyland.

During the Super Bowl, Hurts led his team to victory and played spectacularly against the two-time defending champion Kansas City Chiefs. The MVP threw two touchdown passes and also ran for another score. Hurts also set a new Super Bowl record with the most rushing yards by a quarterback with 72 yards and 11 carries. The Eagles went on to win the game 40-22 and tomorrow the celebration will take place at Walt Disney World Resort.
