Pieces Jaunes 2025 Campaign at Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris Hosts 300 Hospitalized Children

Disney continues to give back to the communities around it. In Disneyland Paris, 300 hospitalized children and their families were recently invited to experience the parks as a part of its support for the 2025 Pieces Jaunes Campaign. In total 500 people were invited to the resort on February 4th and 5th.

They came from 11 hospitals in Ile de France, Montpellier, Dieppe, Lille, and Strasbourg. The kids were accompanied by Disney VoluntEARS to experience this moment of magic. Throughout their visit, they experienced attractions, shows, and parades as they were given the chance to laugh and feel the magic together. There were also other surprises including some beloved French singers.

As has become the tradition every year, Brigitte Macron, President of the Fondation des Hopitaux, joined Didier Deschamps, the godfather of the Pieces Jaunes campaign, and Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, to meet the children and enjoy the attractions and shows with them.

“Seeing the magic of Disneyland Paris through the eyes of the kids is a powerful reminder of what drives us every day,” said Natacha Rafalski, Présidente of Disneyland Paris. “For 32 years, we have proudly supported the Pièces Jaunes campaign, and it’s always an honor to welcome these children for a special moment. A heartfelt thank you to the Fondation des Hopitaux, its President Brigitte Macron, godfather of the campaign Didier Deschamps, and everyone who makes this commitment possible. Together, we create unforgettable memories and prove that Disney magic truly belongs to everyone.”

This is the thirty-second consecutive year that Disneyland Paris has been supporting this campaign. It has been hard at work since early January to create various initiatives that include the creation of special limited edition pins, tote bags, and headbands that are on sale throughout the resort stores. Guests and Cast members are also encouraged to donate to the Fondation des Hopitaux. Coins that are thrown into the fountains around the resort will also be donated throughout the year.

This campaign has raised campaigns to subsidize projects for children hospitalized in public and private non-profit hospitals since it was created. It has become known for its famous piggy banks and other fundraising activities. Pièces Jaunes projects have developed over the course of the 36 years it has been in existence to meet the changing needs and problems that are encountered by hospitals.
