The Disneyland After Dark season began this week with Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite. With tickets still available for Disneyland After Dark: 90s Nite, the Disneyland Resort announced when tickets will be going on sale for Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite.
Ticket Sales
Today it was announced that tickets will begin to go on sale to the general public for Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite on January 30, 2025. Just like with other Disneyland After Dark ticket sales, ticket sales on that day will begin no earlier than 9:00 AM PT. There will also be pre-sale dates for Magic Key holders. On each of these dates, tickets will also not go on sale before 9:00 AM PT. The pre-sale ticket sales dates for Magic Key holders are as follows:
- Inspire Magic Key Holders – January 28
- All Magic Key Holders – January 29
How to Purchase Tickets
All sales for Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite will be sold on the Disneyland website. Here is the process to find tickets (if not clicking on a direct link):
- Go to Disneyland.com
- Click on Tickets & Parks in the main menu
- Click on Buy Special Events Tickets in this menu
- Scroll down to Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite and click on Select Tickets
- Follow process to purchase tickets
About the Event
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite is billed as the “ultimate Star Wars extravaganza at an after-hours party packed with galactic fun.” It has plenty of entertainment, characters, photo opportunities, merchandise, and food/beverages that are all themed to a galaxy far, far away. There are generally fairly short lines for attractions as well. Guests are encouraged to wear their Star Wars costumes and there is an opportunity to be a part of a march down Main Street, USA, and then pose for a picture with a bunch of other Star Wars fans for a photo in front of the castle.

Tickets
Tickets include admission to the event and allow for admission into Disneyland Park 3 hours before the event begins. Guests also receive free Disney PhotoPass downloads from the event, a commemorative credential, and an event-specific map. There is generally also a gift for Magic Key holders.
Generally, May 4th (May the 4th) is the most popular date for Star Wars fans to attend this after-hours event. If you wish to attend that night, don’t wait to buy tickets when the opportunity arises. They will go quickly.
