The walls have come down from around the extended queue of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion. This comes after months of work on expanding the grounds of the Haunted Mansion. The expansion of the grounds makes more space for the standby queue. It also makes more space for storytelling and continuing the lore of the Haunted Mansion.
Friend of Daps Magic, Spencer, stopped by Disneyland and checked out what the extended queue looks like now that the walls are down. Take a look at the photos below!
Daps Magic team member Doug stopped by the Haunted Mansion in the evening to check out the newly reopened space as well. Check out his photos here:
These walls coming down follow the recent reopening of Magnolia Park, just outside of the Haunted Mansion grounds. This area reopened on November 15, 2024. The nearby carriage house at the exit of Haunted Mansion also had the walls surrounding it removed recently as well. The story for this building is that it was Madame Leota’s Carriage House back in the day.
At this point, it isn’t known when exactly the extended queue for the Haunted Mansion will be utilized. However, with the walls now down, it could be any day!
