On this day in 2001, the stage show “Steps in Time” held its final performance at the Hyperion Theater in Disney’s California Adventure. In the show, a fairy godmother helps two boys work through some challenges using classic Disney songs. “Steps in Time” only ran for six months because it wasn’t a hit with guests. Cast members from across the resort were invited to see the final show at 6:15 pm that day. “The Power of BLAST!” soon replaced it.
