Knott’s Spooky Farm Creates Plenty of Happy Halloween Memories

Knott’s Spooky Farm is being offered at Knott’s Berry Farm during the weekends during the Halloween season. While during select nights, Knott’s Berry Farm becomes a terrifyingly delightful haunt for Knott’s Scary Farm, during the day it is quite simply delightful.

Knott’s Spooky Farm focuses on family fun with plenty of Peanuts, plenty of candy, and also the Bob Baker Marionettes as well! The culmination is a whole lot of wholesome fun throughout the day when visiting the farm. Below are several of the highlights that can be found throughout the day at Knott’s Spooky Farm.

Camp Snoopy Spooktivities

Throughout the day, there are some fun “spooktivities” with the Peanuts gang. These happen frequently and are highly interactive. They also are a lot of fun for young ones, or just fans of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts. Stop by Calico Park and enjoy some energetic fun!

Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies

Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies provide entertainment at Knott’s Spooky Farm. They play a wide range of music. These gifted musicians are led by Krazy Kirk, who is quite funny. It is worth stopping by to see the Hillbillies for one of their sets. They also perform during the costume party toward the end of the day. All of this takes place on the Calico Mine Stage.

Creepy Critters of Calico

Creepy Critters of Calico are really quite impressive this year. There are LOTS of things that slither, hiss, and crawl as guests walk around the Livery Stable in Calico.

Bob Baker Marionette Theater presents “Halloween Spooktacular”

The Bob Baker Marionette Theater presents “Halloween Spooktacular” has become a favorite for guests at Knott’s Berry Farm during Knott’s Spooky Farm. In fact, it is so popular that shows fill up before they begin. This show is a lot of fun and continues to showcase this classic form of puppetry.

Trick or Treating

Throughout the day, there are trick or treat stations that can be found throughout Ghost Town. Orange bags are given out when entering Knott’s Berry Farm. Several stations are found in Ghost Town where different candy is given out.

Lucy Van Pelt’s Great Pumpkin Patch and Cookie Decorating

This is an opportunity for cookie decorating in Calico Park. It looks cute and additional fees apply.

Snoopy’s Spooktacular Costume Party

Snoopy’s Spooktacular Costume Party is what Knott’s Spooky Farm builds to throughout the day. This is the moment when the Peanuts and guests come together at the Calico Mine Stage and show off their costumes. Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies and two hosts lead the party. This is a very popular moment and is cute. Show up a half hour early if you want to sit at a table.

Halloween Hootenanny

The Halloween Hootenanny is a Halloween overlay for the Timber Mountain Log Ride. This has the citizens of Timber Mountain inviting the mysterious creatures that live in the woods and caverns for the Halloween Hootenanny. This includes an original song by Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies.

Calico Candy Mine Ride

The Calico Candy Mine Ride is a Halloween overlay of Calico Candy. This has the mine trains exploring the beautiful caverns as miners and kids search for candy. Along the way, keep an eye out for the Pink Fairy!

Knott’s Spooky Farm is a wonderful family-friendly way to celebrate the Halloween season at Knott’s Berry Farm. It continues to be offered on Thursdays through Sundays throughout the month of October. It will also be offered on Columbus Day, October 14th, as well. It captures the spirit of a classic Halloween and the Peanuts continues the story first introduced in It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. There are also some fun foods and merchandise to be found throughout the park for Knott’s Spooky Farm. Stop by Knott’s Berry Farm during the Halloween season and enjoy this annual tradition!
