While most of the Indiana Jones films are no longer on Disney+, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny still remains. This is the most recent Indy film and was released in 2023. This also is the only Indiana Jones film that was distributed by Walt Disney Studios. The previous four movies were distributed by Paramount.

With the first four Indiana Jones films being distributed by Paramount, it is possible that there is some sort of a licensing agreement that necessitated the move of the movies. While nothing official has been released about this move, it is possible that the films will be returning to Disney+ at a later date. For now, the films can be found on Paramount+.
