Din Tai Fung just soft opened on Monday. Next Monday the restaurant will be officially opening at Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. The official opening of the restaurant is a part of a massive transformation that Downtown Disney District is in the middle of. It also marks the first time that a stand alone Din Tai Fung has been opened anywhere and built from the ground up.
“Opening our first standalone location in Downtown Disney District is an exciting chapter for us. We are immensely honored and excited to bring Asian-focused dining to the Downtown Disney District,” said Aaron Yang, Vice President of Din Tai Fung USA. “We’re looking forward to serving guests from around the world as they visit during their theme park adventures and we hope to invite them along on the Din Tai Fung journey celebrating culinary excellence and authenticity.”
Upon the official opening of Din Tia Fung, the full menu will be available for guests who wish to dine there. Reservations are available and can be found at Yelp or through the Din Tia Fung website. The menu for Din Tai Fung includes signature soup dumplings that are handcrafted with an 18-fold process, wontons, noodles, steamed buns, bok choy, pork chop fried rice and other flavorful dishes.
