After closing early on Sunday night, Knott’s Berry Farm remained closed on Monday as rain continued to pummel Southern California. The news was unsurprising as the region continues to feel the effects of an atmospheric river that also had the Disneyland Resort parks close early on Sunday. Knott’s Berry Farm shared the news on its website and also on social media:
Due to inclement weather, Knott’s Berry Farm will be closed today, February 5. Unused tickets dated for 2/5/24 can be used any other operating day through 2/25/24. Not valid for special ticketed events
The closing of Knott’s Berry Farm comes as the park is in the midst of its Knott’s Peanuts Celebration. This year the celebration is also highlighting Franklin and his original introduction to the Peanuts gang. There is a display in Ghost Town that shares about Franklin along with his history and importance. He also meets with guests there as well.
At this point it is unknown if Knott’s Berry Farm will reopen tomorrow. If the weather isn’t improved, it is quite possible that the park will remain closed. Daps Magic will monitor this and provide updates as they become available.
