On this day in 1891, art director and animator Hugh Hennesy was born. He first came to Disney in 1932 where he was an art director for ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.’ Hennesy’s other art direction credits include ‘Fantasia,’ ‘Pinocchio,’ and ‘The Reluctant Dragon.’ He also designed the animation layout for such favorites as ‘Cinderella,’ ‘Alice in Wonderland,’ ‘Peter Pan, and ‘Lady and the Tramp,’ among others!
