Welcome to Wrexham will be getting a third season. The third season of the football/soccer series will debut in the spring of 2024 on Disney+. The news of a third season for the series comes as the second series is about to wrap up.

In Welcome to Wrexham, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney work together to purchase and then help Wrexham AFC, one of the oldest and most stories football teams in history, return to its former glory. The first season is currently nominated for six Emmy Awards. This includes the Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program.

Today, Disney+ announced that the Emmy®-nominated hit docuseries, FX’s “Welcome to Wrexham,” has received an order for a third season that will premiere in Spring 2024 on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland.

News of the new season comes as “Welcome to Wrexham” gets set to conclude its second season on November 15th exclusively on Disney+. In episode 15, “Up the Town?” Wrexham faces either promotion or the dreaded playoff.
