Universal Studios Hollywood Rolls out the Cars of Fast X

Fast X, the tenth entry in the Fast and Furious franchise, hits theaters on Friday, May 19. To celebrate the release, Universal Studios Hollywood is giving their visitors a chance to get up close and personal with some of the film’s biggest stars. You may not be able to spot Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, or series newcomers Brie Larson and Rita Moreno, but you cannot miss the clutch of tricked-out cars that play leading roles in this action film. Five of them have been put on display in the Universal Plaza in the theme park’s upper lot.

The five cars include Dominic Torretto’s iconic 1970 Charger, presented as the centerpiece of the exhibit. Arrayed around Dom’s Charger guests will find a 1967 Ford Fairlane, a 1970 Datsun 240z, and a gold-plated 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo. Winding up the collection is a seriously weaponized 1967 Chevrolet El Camino.

The Universal Plaza is a large area, affording guests the opportunity to get a good look at the cars from almost every angle. While photos are encouraged, guests are not allowed to touch or drive off in any of the vehicles. Leave that to the professionals!
