Today Disney announced new arrivals in the parks in conjunction with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 arriving in theaters. The new arrivals include plenty of different foods and a new character at Disney California Adventure’s Avengers Campus.
First off, Mantis will be joining the Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance Off! in front of Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! Mantis and Star-Lord will be recruiting guests to become a part of their band of galactic heroes. The announcement was made on social media by Disney here:
Mantis is the newest character to come to Avengers Campus since it opened. It continues a trend of having characters from current movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe appear in the newest land at Disney California Adventure.
The arrival of Mantis isn’t the only new offering coming to Disney Parks with the arrival of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in theaters. There will also be some new offerings found in Avengers Campus. At Pym Test Kitchen, guests will be able to enjoy the Milky Fizz, a dessert of pear-flavored soda water with cream. There will also be Orloni on a Stick and Experiment 1517: Cardamom & Caramel Churro Cold Brew. At the Pym Tasting Lab, guests can enjoy the Zarg-Bits, a tasty snack inspired by the Zarg Nuts eaten in the film.
Walt Disney World Resort – EPCOT
Over at Walt Disney World Resort in EPCOT, there will also be some delicious bites to enjoy that are inspired by the Guardians of the Galaxy at the Connections Cafe. There, guests can enjoy Perfect Sovereign Waffle Bites that are topped with a red berry dipping sauce. Over by Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! at the Mission: SPACE popcorn cart, guests can grab a Guardians of the Galaxy Cookie.
Disneyland Paris
Disneyland Paris is also getting in on the Guardians of the Galaxy action as well. At the Skyline Bar at Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, two new cocktails are now being offered. This includes the Flora Colossus Cocktail (with or without Bacardi Rum, cream, Peanut Butter Spread, Chocolate Sauce, Maple Syrup and Crispy Bacon, with Pistachio Sponge Cake) and the Spicy Ravager Cocktail (Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka, Curaçao Liqueur, Kiwi Nectar, Mint Green Tea, Lime Juice and Martini Rubino Jelly with Red Pepper). At Downtown Restaurant guests can also try Baby Groot’s Mousse.
At Walt Disney Studios Park at Studio 1 and WEB Food Truck is offering the Flora Colossus Biscuits.
In Avengers Campus at Stark Factory, guests can enjoy the Guardians Choco Orb, a chocolate sphere made of dark chocolate mousse. Cosmic ice cream is also now available as the Cosmic Cassette Magnum Ice Cream. This includes various toppings and a cassette-shaped chocolate piece on it at Ice Cream Creations Food Truck!
