It is a delicious time to be at Disney Springs. Chef Stefan Riemer has revealed a new culinary creation. This is a Donald Duck Lemon and Blueberry Disney Munchling plush cupcake. It is available exclusively at World of Disney. Disney Munchlings are a popular new offering that combines sweet treats with favorite Disney characters.
Chef Stefan, Pastry Culinary Director, collaborated with the design for this limited edition release. The merchandise development team asked the world-renown pastry chef to join in the creative process. During an unveiling event with influencers and cast members, Chef Stefan shared what inspired this new, huggable Munchling. “When I was thinking about a character to inspire this Disney Munchling, Donald Duck was the first one that came to mind. He’s always been one of my favorite characters and I think that for this creation we were able to capture his fiery temperament and mischievous personality.”
Along with this new Disney Munchling reveal, a new sweet treat was also revealed. Chef Stefan created a dessert version of the Disney Munchling. This Donald Duck pastry will be available for a limited time at Amorette’s Patisserie. “The flavors of the Donald Duck pastry were inspired by his design colors. It is a lemon and chiffon cake with jalapeño drizzle – a fun nod to a bold character!”
