Magic Happen, the parade that had a very limited run before the parks closed due to the pandemic, is returning to the Disneyland Resort. The announcement was made during the A Boundless Future: Disney Parks, Experiences and Products pane by Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products.
When the parade opened in 2020, it had over 90 performers, nine floats, and two floats. They could be seen in the following units:
- A Swirl of Magic – Mickey Mouse
- A Wave of Magic – Moana
- A Bridge to Magic – Coco
- A Magical Forest – Frozen II
- A Magical Dream – Grand Finale
- The Pumpkin – Cinderella
- The Sword – The Sword in the Stone
- The Kiss – The Princess and the Frog
- The Once Upon a Dream – Sleeping Beauty
When it first arrived at Disneyland, the parade was an instant hit. The parade will be returning to Disneyland in the beginning of the new year. Below is a look at the parade as it was in 2020.
