The 4th of July is always a time to celebrate the love of America at the Disneyland Resort. Back to the park’s origins, Walt Disney had a deep love of country. Even on the opening day of Disneyland, a Marine band performed at the opening ceremony. Through the years, Independence Day celebrations have been incredible at the Disneyland Resort, an American icon itself. Military bands and musicians have come to the Disneyland Resort and performed incredible music in celebration of the United States of America. This year is no different.
Today it was announced that two military bands will be visiting the Disneyland Resort this weekend to help celebrate Independence Day. These two bands will be the California Army National Guard 40th Infantry Division Band from Los Alamitos, CA and the 1st Division Marine Band from Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA. Throughout the weekend, guests will be able to hear these music groups play a wide range of music from ceremonial music to jazz to rock!
