Disneyland’s Candlelight Processional traditionally is presented on the first weekend of December. This annual tradition dating back to the 50s tells the story of the first Christmas with a celebrity narrator, orchestra, handbells, and mass choir that includes members of the community and a celebrity narrator.
In recent years, the narrator is unknown until a sound check before the first presentation of the Candlelight Processional. This year, however, is different. The choir was told that Sterling K. Brown will be the narrator for the processional. A Disneyland official confirmed Brown will be the narrator.
In recent years, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt. Dozens of other celebrity narrators have come to the Disneyland Resort to participate in this holiday through the years.
