Leave a Legacy is returning to EPCOT! Soon, Disney guests who had their legacy on the monoliths in front of Spaceship Earth will be able to find themselves in a new way with this new Leave a Legacy display.
As part of the transformation of EPCOT, the entire entrance area was re-imagined. With this, the original Legacy monoliths were removed. Now there is a new home for those Legacy photos in a park-like setting just outside of EPCOT. Some of the panels have already been installed with more on the way. These panels feature colors from the park’s new color palette. While this Legacy memorial might have found a new home and look outside of the park, inside the new fountain and gleaming pylons celebrate EPCOT’s legacy of the magic of possibility inside near Spaceship Earth.
For those who want to find their tile in the new home for Leave a Legacy, there is a QR code at the Leave a Legacy display that can be scanned by a smart device. This will open up a search feature to find specific tiles. It will also give the coordinates for where to find a tile. Guest Relations team members can help if guests need any help with this.
