The next outing for James Bond is getting pushed back once again. Today, the official James Bond twitter account tweeted that the release date for No Time to Die has been pushed back top October 8, 2021. This comes after it was most recently set to debut on April 2, 2021. However, Hollywood continues to find itself severely impacted by COVID-19 as many theaters remain closed or at limited capacity.
No Time to Die is the 25th James Bond film and stars Daniel Craig as 007. This is set to be his final outing as Bond. Originally the film was to be released in April of 2020. However, as the coronavirus pandemic broke out, it was pushed back to November 2020. Most recently it was pushed to April 2021, and now October.
The film not only stars Daniel Craig, but also returning costars Lea Seymour, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, and Christoph Waltz. They will be joined this time around by Rami Malek, Ana de Armas, and Lashana Lynch. The title track for the film has already been recorded by Billie Eilish.
