“Clouds” Coming to Disney+ Streaming Service on October 16

This Fall, Disney+ is bringing you more original content to enjoy in your home! The Disney+ streaming service original film “Clouds”, inspired by the true store of Zach Sobiech, will come to the service on October 16

In 2012, Zach Sobiech posted an original song called “Clouds” that went viral while he was fighting osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. The film will follow Sobiech (Fin Argus) and his writing partner Sammy (Sabrina Carpenter) as they decided to make the most of Zach’s life with what time they had left. Along the way,  the pair is offered a record deal and they embark on the journey of a lifetime.

The film will explore Sobiech’s musical legacy as well as the resilience of the human spirit. I absolutely can’t wait to catch this film when it hits the streaming service, as I feel that it is a powerful story that will be expertly told by Disney. “Clouds” is directed by Justin Baldoni and produced by Andrew Lazar, Justin Baldoni and Casey La Scala. Kara Holden wrote the screenplay with a story by Casey La Scala & Patrick Kopka and Kara Holden. The movie is produced by Wayfarer Studios, Warner Bros. Pictures and Mad Chance / La Scala Films.
