Black Widow Postponed

Black Widow Postponed to May 2021, Pixar’s Soul to Stay in November 2020

Due to COVID-19, many films have been changing their release schedule. Because movie theaters are not open, movies have either been delayed or have gone straight to Disney+. This morning, it was announced that Black Widow postponed to May 7, 2021.

While there has been a lot of question if Disney-Pixar’s Soul would be keeping its Fall release date, Disney confirmed this morning that the film will be keeping the November 20, 2020 release date.

Because Black Widow postponed its theatrical release, it has created a ripple effect on other films. Marvel’s Eternals has officially been delayed from its February 2021 opening to November 5, 2021. Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will move from May 2021 to July 9, 2021.

Though it is disappointing that we can not see these films sooner, we know it’s all for the best! We hope that it will be safe in November, which is only two months away, so we can see Disney-Pixar’s Soul!
