runDisney has announced that registration for the 2021 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend presented by OtterBox will open as soon as tomorrow.
The Rival Run is an epic Star Wars weekend featuring rivalries from the galactic saga. Guests can meet some of your favorite Star Wars Characters, pose for photos, and earn collectible themed medals! You will become a part of an immersive event and experience Star Wars in a whole new way. Join the Rival Run, and may the Force be with you!
The Rival Run consists of a 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, a Rival Run Challenge, a Kessel Run Challenge, Kids Dashes, and a Kids One Mile Run. Also included in the event is the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo held at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The events will take place April 15-18, 2021 at Walt Disney World Resort.
Registration for Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Golden Oak Residents opens August 6 at 10 am ET. General registration for the event opens on August 11 at 10 am ET.
