Disneyland Paris Launches Advance Park Reservation System Ahead of Reopening

Disneyland Paris has launched an Advance Park Reservation System for those wishing to visit the parks when they reopen this month. Guests wishing to visit the parks will need to register before they can do so. This is part of the reopening plan for Disneyland Paris that includes social distancing and a cap on the number of guests visiting each park each day.

The registration process at Disneyland Paris is slightly different than other Disney Parks around the globe. Here are some of the guidelines released by Disneyland Paris for those wishing to visit. This includes who does and doesn’t need to register, how to register, and cancelation policies.

Who Needs to Register

You do not need to register if you booked a Hotel + Ticket package organised by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. or Euro Disney Vacances S.A.S. You will be able to enter the Disney Parks each day of your stay. If you have a dated Ticket, you also do not need to register and will be able to enter the Parks on the day indicated on your Ticket.

If you booked a Ticket via a third party operator, please check directly with your operator whether or not you need to register. If you have a non-dated Ticket or Pass, please register in advance to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the day!

Annual Passholders

The general subscription conditions of the Annual Passes do not guarantee access to the Disney Parks when the Parks are at full capacity.

Therefore, as an Annual Pass holder, we strongly recommend you register your Pass on the date(s) of your choice (subject to the validity dates of your Pass and the Park availability) using our dedicated online registration platform.

Advance registration is mandatory if you purchase your Annual Pass on or after 15 July 2020.

Want to offer Billets Privilèges’: 1-Day/2-Parks tickets to your family and friends, included in the Magic Plus and Infinity Annual Passes?

‘Billets Privilèges’ will be available for purchase from the beginning of July 2020 by phoning the dedicated Annual Pass line. Please make your purchase at least 15 working days before your chosen visit date. We will send them to you in the post free of charge. These types of tickets are dated and so do not require registration in advance.

If you wish to enter the Disney Parks with your friends or family with a ‘Billet Privilèges’ on a specific date, you will need to register your Pass in advance using the online registration platform.

Registration

To register, simply follow the steps below and count down the days before the Big Day!

1. Log in to your Disney Account or create a new account.
2. Add your Ticket(s) and/or Pass(es) to your Disney Account.
3. Choose your visit date (depending on the validity conditions of your Tickets or Pass(es) and subject to availability).
4. You receive a registration confirmation e-mail.
5. On the day, be ready to present your Ticket or Pass and your registration confirmation e-mail (printed or saved on your phone) to enter the Park(s).
Welcome to Disneyland Paris!
Important: Only the first person to link a Ticket to their Disney Account can register that ticket.

Single or Multi-Day Tickets

If a specific date is indicated on your Ticket, you do not need to register in advance. You will be able to enter the Parks on the day, according to the entry conditions that apply to your Ticket.

If you already have a non-dated Ticket (Mini, Magic, Super Magic) purchased before 2 July 2020 or a Ticket purchased via a CE (‘comité d’entreprise’), entry to the Disney Parks is not guaranteed, as the Parks maybe at full capacity on the day. In order to maintain physical distancing in line with recommendations from the French government and health authorities, attendance at Disneyland Paris is currently limited each day.

We strongly recommend you register on our online registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the date of your choice (subject to availability).

If your Ticket is valid over several days, you must register each visit date separately.

Hotel + Ticket Packages

If you booked a Hotel + Ticket package on our website or over the phone directly from Disneyland Paris, or via one of our partner operators distributing packages organised by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. ou Euro Disney Vacances S.A.S., you will be able to enter the Disney Parks each day of your stay. If you booked a package from a third party operator, please check directly with your operator whether or not you need to register.

Guests who Booked an Overnight Stay and Park Ticket/Pass Separately

For all non-dated Park Tickets purchased before 2 July 2020 and Passes purchased before 15 July 2020, entry to the Disney Parks is not guaranteed, as the Parks maybe at full capacity on the day. In order to maintain physical distancing in line with recommendations from the French government and health authorities, attendance at Disneyland Paris is currently limited each day.

We strongly recommend you register on our online registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the date of your choice (subject to availability). Advance registration is mandatory if you purchase your Ticket on or after 2 July 2020.
