Star Wars Celebration Transfers and Refunds Now Available

Recently it was announced that Star Wars Celebration 2020 was canceled. Instead, this Star Wars event was rescheduled for 2022. Because of this, there are now a couple of options for fans who had tickets to it. First off, they can transfer their ticket to the 2022 Star Wars Celebration. Those that do this will receive an exclusive Stormtrooper pin. Fans can also request a refund or merchandise credit between now and August 26, 2020.

Here are the specific details about refunds or merchandise credits from StarWarsCelebration.com:

You may also request a merchandise credit of the value of your order. As a special thank you, fans who choose to receive a merchandise credit will also receive a 10% bonus credit which can be used towards exciting, exclusive merchandise opportunities to be announced later this year!

Please note: Due to the high volume of requests, please allow 30 days for your refund request to be processed. If you do not see a refund after 30 days, or if you have additional questions, please contact us at: StarWarsInquiry@reedexpo.com

For those who would like to transfer their ticket(s) to Star Wars Celebration 2022, there is no need to do anything. Tickets will automatically be transferred to Star Wars Celebration 2022 once the ticket refund request period closes on August 26, 2020. Once that has happened, a new confirmation email will be sent approximately 6-8 weeks after the refund request period has closed. The Stormtrooper pin will be shipped to fans before the end of the year.
