Upon its reopening, Hong Kong Disneyland will be operating with reduced capacity. To help facilitate this, guests will be required to make a reservation to visit Hong Kong Disneyland. This will be for all guests including park ticket holders, Magic Access members and complimentary ticket holders. Reservations will be available at the Hong Kong Disneyland Park Visit Reservation website. Magic Access members will have the ability to make reservations 8 days prior to their visit. General guests may make reservations 7 days before their visit. Upon their visit, guests will be asked to present their valid tickets or membership cards to enter the park. Children under the age of three will not need reservations and will continue to enjoy free park admission. The reservations will open for June 15th for Magic Access members and June 16th for all other guests at 12:00 PM Hong Kong time.

Magic Access members can visit the Hong Kong Disneyland website for information about their membership and extensions. For more details on tickets, hotels, dining, and transportation to the resort, visit hongkongdisneyland.com.

When Hong Kong Disneyland reopens, most of its attractions, shops, and dining locations will be open with limited capacity. The availability of these experiences will be able to be checked on Hong Kong Disneyland’s website and app.

In a press release, Hong Kong Disneyland shared it’s health and safety measures as well. The include social distancing, suspension and changing of character experiences, and other protocols to help keep guests and cast members safe.

The park will implement social distancing in queues, restaurants, attraction vehicles and other facilities throughout the park. Character experiences requiring close interaction and close-up photos will be temporarily suspended. Other character experience opportunities that can accommodate social distancing will be available in locations throughout the park. The resort is also gradually resuming its hotel services.

The frequency of sanitization and disinfection measures in high-guest contact areas will be increased in order to augment the standards of cleanliness already in place throughout the resort, and extra hand sanitizers will be available.

We all have an important role to play in promoting health and safety. As we do our part, we also ask our guests to do theirs, by wearing face masks, respecting social distancing and other guidelines.

Hong Kong Disneyland also shared some other protocols for guests wishing to visit:

We ask for guest understanding of and compliance with the following requirements when Hong Kong Disneyland reopens. Guests must: *

1) purchase their ticket in advance and reserve a visit up to seven days in advance of their visit online via the Hong Kong Disneyland reservation process. Magic Access members must also make a reservation prior to visiting, while they can enjoy the benefit of reserving eight days in advance.

2) make a required health declaration as part of the Hong Kong Disneyland reservation process.

3) undergo temperature screening procedures upon arrival.

4) wear a mask during their visit, except when enjoying food and beverage at catering premises.

*These measures will continue to be reviewed as the situation warrants and will be adjusted as necessary.
