There’s no doubt that The Haunted Mansion is one of the most classic Disney attractions of all time. If you want to come together to celebrate the legacy of this attraction with other Disney fans, you are in luck! This Sunday, April 26, at 5pm PST Haunted Orange County is hosting the Living Legends of the Haunted Mansion livestream for free on their Facebook!
This event will be hosted by the one and only Bret Iwan, who has been the official voice of Mickey Mouse since 2009. On the stream, fans will get to hear from Bob Gurr and Tania Norris, two individuals who have contributed an enormous amount to the creation of the attraction. You may recognize Norris’s creation as the infamous wallpaper that has come to represent the Mansion. Bob Gurr created the omnimover system that allows guests to tour the mansion in their Doom Buggy.
During this event, fans will get to hear firsthand stories from the creation of this attraction as well as stories about working with Walt Disney. Between the firsthand insight from these living legends and the lifelong knowledge about Disney that Bret Iwan carries with him, this event is sure to be one that Disney history fans will not want to miss!
