“The Call of the Wild” Available Early on Digital Download March 27

This week, we have seen many movies come to digital or streaming service early. Movie theaters have closed in an effort to keep families around the world safe and healthy in the midst of COVID-19. Today, it was announced that 20th Century Studios’ The Call of the Wild is coming early to digital tomorrow, March 27.

The Call of the Wild came to theaters on February 21. This feature is based on the novel of the same name and follows a domestic dog that has its life uprooted during the California Gold Rush. The film uses visual effects to bring the animals to life as they adventure along the wonderful wilds of the Canadian Yukon.

The Call of the Wild is directed by Chris Sanders and stars Harrison Ford, Omar Sy, Dan Stevens, Karen Gillan, Bradley Whitford, Cara Gee, Michael Horse, Jean Louisa Kelly, Colin Woodell, Adam Fergus and Abraham Benrubi. Erwin Stoff, p.g.a. and James Mangold, p.g.a. are producing with Diana Pokorny, Ryan Stafford and screenwriter Michael Green serving as executive producers. This film will be available to fans for $14.99 on digital on March 27.
