This week, there has been a lot of change happening at The Walt Disney Company. After Disney Parks closed around the world, fans have flocked to any possible Disney outlet for their dose of pixie dust. Yesterday, Disney Springs officially closed to the public which means that the normal operations have halted. Today, Disney announced that the Cirque du Soleil show “Drawn to Life” is officially postponing previews to an unknown date.
“Drawn to Life” is a unique show that brings the magic of animation to Disney fans like never before. This live acrobatic show is set to begin its residency at Disney Springs in Orlando beginning April 17, 2020. It is currently unknown if the current closure of Disney Springs will affect the opening date of the show.
Many fans have already purchased tickets for a special annual passholder preview. Cirque du Soleil has announced that anyone who has already purchased tickets for the canceled preview will be contacted to neither refund or reschedule the tickets.
