Release Date For Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7 Premiere Revealed

The return of Star Wars: The Clone Wars has been highly anticipated by Star Wars fans. While it has been known that it would be returning sometime in February 2020, an exact date hadn’t been released. This all changed when a video on Oh My Disney showcasing 30 things to look forward to in 2020 revealed the release date.

In the video, it was revealed that Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 7 will be arriving on Disney+ on February 17, 2020. Unlike many other Disney+ releases that have come on Friday, this will be on a Monday.

The seventh season will include twelve episodes for the final season of the show that truly never got a proper send off. In 2008, Star Wars: The Clone Wars debuted on the Cartoon Network. It then moved to Netflix when it was cancelled after 5 seasons. Its sixth season, dubbed The Lost Missions, appeared on Netflix before the show ended. This end has never been embraced by fans who always hoped for a true conclusion to the show.

This final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars is eagerly looked forward to by fans who will get to see the Siege of Mandalore, Boba Fett face off against Cad Bane, and also the “Bad Batch” of Clone Troopers. There will be a lot of ground to cover in the twelve-episode season.
