Welcome to this week’s edition of DISNEY Reporter! With the Walt Disney World Resort celebrating a few anniversaries this week, there is a lot of news coming from Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. This includes the end of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth and The Muppets Present… Great Moments in AMERICAN History.
While those went goodbye, the Walt Disney World Resort welcomed several new things as well. This week the Disney Skyliner began operations at the Walt Disney World Resort. The Epcot Experience also opened its doors to guests. Finally, Epcot Forever began performances this week.
At the Disneyland Resort, a new Avengers themed experience is coming to The Void at the Downtown Disney District. In movie news, Walt Disney Animation Studios announced four new directors working on four projects. Finally, the Disney Cruise Line revealed more about the next ship it will be adding to its fleet, the Disney Wish.
