On Wednesday, July 3 the GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill had a soft opening ahead of its official opening that will be happening soon. A good friend of DAPS MAGIC, Sophia, stopped by to check out the food. She graciously shared her experience.

The GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill is open daily from 11 am – 10 pm. When it officially opens, Whitewater Snacks will adopt the name GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill as well.
The Disney Parks Blog also shared some photos from the menu. They include the Shawarma Chicken Skewer, Garlic-Soy-glazed Chicken Wings, Black Angus Flat Iron Steak Salad, Maine Lobster Quesadilla, Lemon-Sumac Salmon Salad, and the Kimchee-marinated Ahi Tuna Lettuce Cup. There is also the vegetarian Avocado Toast or the Black Truffle-charred Cauliflower Grilled Cheese Sandwich. On top of all that there is a collection of artisanal pizzas. There are also options for kids that include chicken skewers, salmon filet, parmesan-crusted grilled cheese, chicken tenders, hamburgers, and a PBJ sandwich with chocolate-hazelnut spread.
