Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort Rethemes Parking Lot Names to Add a Little Character

It’s time for Disney’s Hollywood Studios to get even more character! The parking lots were originally named Film, Television, and Music in honor of the Hollywood theme. Today, Disney has announced that the lots have been rethemed to Disney characters, featuring everything from Disney classics to Star Wars.

Starting today, when you park for your day of adventures, you could be parking in Mickey, Minnie, Jessie, Buzz, Olaf or BB-8. Guests staying on property also get something all new for the park!  Just steps away from the main entrance, Disney has added two additional bus loops.

This is all just part of Walt Disney World’s epic transformation! The multi-phased transformation of the guest arrival experience at the park, which began last year with a new entrance allowing guests to enter the park from Osceola Parkway. Construction continues on refreshed parking tram lanes and walkways and additional screening areas.
