Knott’s Berry Farm is celebrating the Peanuts Festival in style with Charlie Brown Day on February 3rd, 2019. There will be a special photo opportunity at the Calico Stage at 1 pm to celebrate the ol’ blockhead. Guests are encouraged to get in on the celebration by dressing as Charlie Brown. The official press release is below. Last year there was a commemorative button given out to guests as they entered the gates. It was a great day last year and this year sounds even more fun!
On Sunday, February 3rd, Knott’s is celebrating Good Ol’ Charlie Brown by hosting Charlie Brown Day during the Knott’s Peanuts Celebration. The park invites guests to enjoy the celebration to show love to everyone’s favorite blockhead, Charlie Brown, by hosting the largest gathering of Charlie Browns in one picture. To show our favorite underdog just how special he is, attendees will be encouraged to pay homage to Charlie Brown by sporting his signature bright yellow zig-zag striped tee, black shorts, and red baseball cap outfit. At 1:00pm all guests dressed as Charlie Brown will be invited to gather at the Calico Mine stage for a once in a lifetime photo opportunity as a crowd of Charlie Browns poses alongside the boy of the hour. For the exclusive one-day event the park will be offering 20% of all Peanuts Celebration food items for those wearing a Charlie Brown shirt and an opportunity to download the commemorative Charlie Brown group photo.
