With the holidays well underway at the Disneyland Resort, we wanted to celebrate with some of our closest friends! When Mickey and Minnie Mouse are having a grand celebration, that’s just a perk! Follow us on our adventure through the holidays with the DAPS VLOG!
Our day started out with crowds, crowds, and more crowds! While we had a feeling the day was going to be busy, we had no idea what we were really getting ourselves into. The beginning of a holiday week met up with Mickey and Minnie’s 90th celebration and caused chaos around the resort. This is our reminder that the resort can really get crazy when we least expect it, so we should always be prepared and bring our patience!
Once we were in, we grabbed a spot for Mickey and Minnie’s Birthday Cavalcade and got to see so many fun Disney friends! One of the most exciting parts of the show was that there were so many long lost friends to celebrate with! Once we took video and snapped some pictures, we were off to the Starbucks at Downtown Disney to upload everything to our Youtube Channel!
One of my favorite parts of the night was our visit to Phat Cat Swinger over at the Festival of Holidays stage in Paradise Gardens. This little big band makes the “cold” California winter nights feel so hot! Whether the set is split in two or is one full set, you need to make Phat Cat Swinger a priority this holiday season! We ended our night with a magical look over the garland at Main Street, USA. It was another successful week with some of our favorite people and we can’t wait to do it again next week! Have something specific you want to see out of the holidays? Let us know and we will be sure to catch it!
