New STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI TV Spots Tease Finn, Rey, and General Leia’s Plights

A month from today Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be hitting theaters. As we move closer and closer to this date, TV spots are being released to tease what will be coming. While there hasn’t been a ton of new content to be revealed, they are still worth watching for the little bits that do come out.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi – TV SPOT “Kick”

This TV spot is like a best of hand to hand battle action montage. It shows, among others, Finn in combat with Captain Phasma.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi – TV SPOT “Fight”

In “Fight,” there are struggles showcased that are both physical fights and also struggles inside. The primary focus is of Rey and her struggle with her newfound power. It also showcases Finn who is shares about how he was raised to fight but now has something to fight for. Kylo Ren and Poe also make appearances.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi – TV SPOT “Permission”

In this third spot a moment most Star Wars fans have been waiting for arrives. General Leia has a moment to shine. This spot is focused primarily on space battles, and with that Poe. It is perhaps the most action packed of all the TV spots and is even more poignant because of Leia’s moment in the spotlight.

In one month Star Wars fans around the galaxy will be filling up social media feeds even more with the arrival of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Judging by the vote of confidence given to Rian Johnson by Lucasfilm in giving him a stand alone trilogy to develop, this is going to be a very good movie.
