The film’s proposed title Disenchanted, will bring back the character Giselle. Timeline wise, the plot will be set ten years from where we left off in the original film. Film’s production will being in the summer of 2017.
Kevin Lima directed the original movie in which Giselle was magically moved from her animated world into the live-action world of New York City. The film, which also starred James Marsden, Patrick Dempsey, Idina Menzel, and Susan Sarandon, was a strong performer with $340 million in worldwide box office. “Enchanted” also included songs from Alan Menken.
