Looking for a fun activity with some Disney inspired magic? The Disney Project is hosting a special event featuring Jerry Rees.
“An Evening of Disney History in the Bay Area” will be presented on November 14, 2015, in the San Francisco area. Rees, who is known for directing films such as The Brave Little Toaster and documentary short Disneyland: The First 50 Magical Years, will join the stage with Disney historian Keith Gluck.
Rees, currently a PH Executive Research & Development Imagineer for Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), will speak about his many experiences working for The Disney Company over the years, including his role directing close to 20 attractions. In addition to Rees’ talk, attendees will experience an exclusive presentation from Keith Gluck on “The Evolution of the Disney Dark Ride”. Gluck has written for multiple websites including All Ears and The DIS, was the debut host of The Walt Disney Family Museum Podcast, and is currently writing his first book.
