Neil Patrick Harris and Mickey Mouse will be hosting World of Color – Celebrate! The Wonderful World of Walt Disney when it arrives on May 22, 2015 as part of Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration. The announcement from the Disney Parks Blog this morning notes that Harris just hosted the Oscars and his next hosting gig will be at Disney California Adventure. Neil Patrick Harris is known to be an avid Disney fan and his voice can already be heard at the Disneyland Resort (do you know where?).
“World of Color – Celebrate! The Wonderful World of Walt Disney” illuminates the night in a celebration of the unparalleled imagination of Walt Disney. Mickey Mouse and Neil take us on a fun-filled and inspirational journey, exploring Walt’s decades-long legacy of memorable animated moments and his dream of Disneyland park, and culminating in a madcap musical tour of Disneyland Resort attractions as you’ve never seen them before!
World of Color premiered in 2010 and since then has delighted guests with it’s fountains, projections, fire, and even utilizes the surrounding attractions as it shares Disney magic in a very technical and magical way.
