Please follow these simple guidelines while in the Disney Theme Parks to keep DAPS Magic and the Disney Theme Parks a Sanctuary for everyone:

1. Enjoy the Magic of the Disney Theme Park Resorts, don’t look for their mistakes! Look for the magical moments.

2. Be an Annual Passholder that adds to the magic of the Disney Theme Park Resorts to others and not detracts.

3. Cast Members have a job to do, let THEM do it. Just because we observe the parks a lot does not make us the experts. We are also not paid to do what they do. Trust that the Disney system will do it’s job and will also get it right.

4. Guests also have a part to play in the parks. Be respectful to them! Do not ruin a ride for them by giving away all of it’s secrets. Instead, enjoy the ride, laugh at appropriate points, scream at appropriate times, and follow the instructions of the cast members. Remember, you are an ambassador of DAPs Magic while in the parks. This means you should be:

• Keeping a positive attitude
• Helpful
• Polite
• Adding, not detracting, to the Disney experience of those around you
• Respectful of the Disney illusion :
  • Disneyland is a stage, do not ruin the illusion by dissecting the
    tricks, identities, and backstage elements of it's attractions,
    features, shows, and characters in front of other guests.

5. Follow Disney rules along with all Federal, State and Local Laws.

6. Try driving 14 mph in the parking structure...it’s not so bad.

7. Harassment, of any type, is not acceptable or permissible and we will not tolerate it in any form.

8. Do not drink from Rivers of America. It's just icky.

The Cast Members and DAPs Magic staff members have dedicated many hours on and off the clock, determined to create a magical Disney experience. So please encourage their hardwork by respecting their personal lives.
