Fall usually means crisper weather, changing leaves, and pumpkin everything. While we may not have the first two here in Southern California, we still enjoy making pumpkin food! I purchased some pumpkin pancake and waffle mix from Trader Joe’s, which is one of my favorite fall treats. It’s super easy, and the only additional ingredients are: water, eggs, and melted butter. It made for some really delicious, fluffy, pumpkin-y waffles. The part that makes this geeky? Well, we used some fun waffle makers! We used the Mickey Mouse waffle maker, as well as the Captain America waffle maker. Both are available for purchase on shopDisney.com. It’s a fun breakfast perfect for any geek who happens to love pumpkin!
