Epcot International Festival of the Holidays

Epcot International Festival of the Holidays Offerings Arrives November 19 at Walt Disney World Resort

Once called Holidays Around the World, the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays is coming to Epcot on November 19th. This festival will include Holiday Kitchens, entertainment, and the popular Candlelight Processional.

Candlelight Processional (Disney Parks Blog)

The Candlelight Processional, a highlight of a holiday visit for many guests, features a retelling of the traditional Christmas story by a celebrity narrator and music from a 50-piece orchestra and mass choir. This year the show will welcome a few new narrators to the season’s lineup, including Matt Bomer, CCH Pounder and Pat Sajak. Returning favorites Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg and Jaci Velasquez are also scheduled to appear. The Candlelight Processional is performed three times each evening, 5:00, 6:45 and 8:15 p.m. at America Gardens Theatre from Nov. 24-Dec. 30. Candlelight dinner packages can be reserved now by visiting Disneyworld.com/holiday.

Illuminations Holiday FinaleEntertainment

Holiday entertainment will be found throughout World Showcase. Each pavilion will showcase its traditions and seasonal music. Fan favorites JOYFUL! A Gospel Celebration of the Season and Canadian Holiday Voyageurs will be returning this year. A new group will bring the music of Hanukkah in a way that incorporates jazz, rock and hip-hop. Each day can also be wrapped up by enjoying a special IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth with its holiday finale.

Holiday Kitchens

Throughout the park 15 Holiday Kitchens will pop up and share many different treats of the season. The Odyssey will be offering snowflake sugar cookies and warm apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream.  The Canada pavilion will have an incredible Maple Buche de Noel. As the Festival gets closer, more announcements will be made about the food offerings.
