ANAHEIM, CALIF. (September 20, 2017) – This is the last week to visit and vote for your favorite CANstruction. CANstructures can be seen through September 23 at South Coast Plaza, John Wayne Airport and the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) to cast your vote for your favorite. You can also vote online here.

The Disneyland Resort Design and Engineering team brought the dragon from the popular nighttime spectacular “Fantasmic!” to life by creating a 10-foot Maleficent entirely of canned and packaged goods. This year marks the 10th anniversary of CANstruction Orange County and the Disneyland Resort team has been dedicated to joining in the fight to end hunger. Each year, over the past decade, the Disneyland Resort has dreamed up and designed a structure with a Disney theme to build to put on display.

The Disneyland Resort team has left a lasting impact in its continued dedication to fighting hunger. From CANstruction and food drives over the years, the Disneyland Resort has donated more than 60,000 canned and packaged goods which could feed the equivalent of a family of the three, three meals a day for 10 years. Disney VoluntEARS also regularly assist in food packing, and in 2016, volunteered more than 1,800 hours at the food bank.
