More Announced for Star Wars Galactic Nights Including Special Guest

Disney Parks Blog has announced what’s in store for the first ever Star Wars Galactic Night set to debut on April 14 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Some details were previously announced, but now much more is being released regarding this special night that coincides with Star Wars Celebration in Orlando.

Vanessa Marshall, who voices Hera on Star Wars Rebels, will host a special panel called “Inside the Saga: Celebrity Chat Show” that will have guests find out more behind the scenes of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.  The show will be several times a night.  And another panel show with Star Wars Show hosts will be present as well.  It’s not said who the other special guests will be as of yet.

The Seize the Saga Interactive Scavenger Hunt will provide guests with special pieces that form one keepsake representing the main 8 films.

Star Wars photo-ops will be present including the already available Chewbacca and Darth Vader, but there it will also mark the debut of BB-8 in the Launch Bay.  Also available will be the Han Solo cast in carbonite backdrops, and other Star Wars scenes for photos.

A motorcade will have several Star Wars stars in parade-like fashion.  Other entertainment will include the hit Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular and Star Wars: A Galaxy Far Far Away.

Special merchandise and food and beverage will of course be for sale during the night.

All this plus attractions, roaming droids and AWR Trooper sightings will make this a night to remember for Star Wars fans!

Tickets are $129 plus tax for adults, and $124 plus tax for children.  They are available on the Walt Disney World website or by phone.

If you do attend, be sure to watch out for myself (Murray) who will be at the event and will also cover it on Instagram and Twitter (@dapsmagic – Instagram, @daps_magic – Twitter).
