As part of the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Disneyland this summer, the Disney Parks Blog has announced that Disneyland will be making making changes to its iconic music program.
The first change announced is that there will be more music coming to Disneyland this summer. The current musical acts will be increasing their number of performances throughout the day.
The second change is focused solely on the Disneyland Band. This world famous group of musicians has been around since Disneyland opened in 1955. This summer as it celebrates its 60th anniversary as well, the Disneyland Band will see some changes. This will include a new sound for the band that will include new musical arrangements. These will be coupled with themed performances throughout the day along with new musicians and performers added with “high energy choreography.”
The Disney Parks Blog is promising future announcements so check back to DAPs Magic regularly as we sift through the information and keep you updated on all the excitement of Disneyland’s Diamond Celebration!
