'Galactic Gathering' Gives Guests First Look at 2015 Star Wars Weekends Merchandise

If you will be attending this year’s Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios park, here is a glimpse at some of the cool merchandise, shared by Disney Parks Blog. May 15 will mark the return of the popular Star Wars Weekends and in addition, here are details on the “Galactic Gathering.”

To mark its return, Disney Theme Park Merchandise will be holding a special event on May 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for an exclusive look at the new Star Wars merchandise. This event called “Galactic Gathering” will give guests the first opportunity to purchase theses items. In attendance will be Ashley Eckstein from Her Universe, Disney Design Group Artists and some special Disney characters.

Registration for this event will begin on March 4 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Tickets are available for $250 and does not include theme park admission.  Please visit http://www.DisneyParksMerchandise.com if you would like to register.

  • ‘Rebel’ or ‘Empire’ retail MagicBand (Guests can choose their side when registering online)*
