It is not too early to be thinking about Thanksgiving plans. Spending time with your loved ones and enjoying some great food is what it’s all about. Did you know that the Disneyland Resort offers a variety of meal options for Thanksgiving? Disney Parks Blog shared some great tips on where to eat during the holiday.
On November 27, savory holiday selections will be available. First off, the hotels at the resort have a variety of options. At the Paradise Pier Hotel, Disney’s PCH Grill will have a buffet featuring traditional Thanksgiving options such as stuffing, turkey and more. Over at the Disneyland Hotel, another buffet selection will be Goofy’s Kitchen. Both brunch and dinner have scrumptious options such as Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, butternut squash, turkey and on top of that, some of your favorite Disney pals will be there.
Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel will present a three course menu featuring warm starters like crispy shredded skirt steak and maple clabbered cream. For the entrée, options like roasted turkey Wellington with pecan stuffing will be severed. As for desserts, there will mouthwatering choices like sweet potato pot de crème, marshmallow meringue and sweet potato pot de crème.
The Disneyland Hotel will also be hosting their annual fall Thanksgiving dinner. Disney Parks Blog mentioned the following items to be served, “a bounty of turkey, prime rib, stuffing, sweet potato soufflé, cranberry-orange relish, poached shrimp, king crab legs and all the trimmings. Pumpkin and pecan pies, tarts, cookies, freshly made crepes and a chocolate fountain are the sweetest ending for a day of thanks.”
Right next door, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will have Chef Andrew Sutton feature his four course County Wine Feast at Napa Rose. Storyteller’s Café will too have a buffet and many yummy options.
If you and your family plan to head into the parks, many locations will have meal options. Disneyland Park will feature a slow roasted turkey with a Bourbon turkey gravy, apple-cranberry stuffing and pumpkin pie at Carnation Café. Plaza Inn will also have a special turkey meal. Harbour Gallery will feature the seasonal special of turkey tortilla soup and the Stage Door Café will have maple bacon funnel cake.
