John Rhys-Davies visits Indiana Jones, Temple of the Forbidden Eye at Disneyland Park! Yes, that happened. Disney Parks Blog shared some amazing photos about his recent visit to this iconic location.
With nearly twenty years since the attraction’s opening, John Rhys-Davies takes a look back at his role in the popular film and attraction. His well-known character, Sallah, was in two Indiana Jones films and even makes an appearance in the queue line visuals. As much as a shocker as this may seem, this visit was his first time in actually riding this attraction. He was accompanied by his daughter and her friend to enjoy this experience.
“The best way to see Disneyland, actually, is with children and through a child’s eyes,” John said. “It’s a joy to come here with my daughter, who’s come all the way from New Zealand.”
He and his family rode the attraction twice because they enjoyed it so much. He also went on to say, “It’s really wonderful, isn’t it? It’s a great rollicking adventure. It’s just the right side of scary.”
Pretty awesome to see his return to the park.
