Production has begun on Tomorrowland and a few details are slowly seeping out. Photos surfaced on the internet this week showing some of the sets that have been created for this movie. The main photo that has appeared is a recreation of the 1964 World Fair’s It’s a Small World.
Other clues (there are spoilers out there too but we’ll avoid them for now) have slowly appeared releasing details about this movie. The message is being tightly controlled and at the D23 Expo, photography of the Tomorrowland was strongly discouraged to DAPs Magic team members. The screenplay is written by Brad Bird and Damon Lindelof from a story by Lindelof & Jeff Jensen and Brad Bird.
Jeff Jensen and John Walker (“The Incredibles”) will executive produce with Bernard Bellew (“Les Misérables,” “28 Weeks Later”) and Tom Peitzman, VFX producer (“Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,” “Alice in Wonderland”) serving as co-producers.

“Tomorrowland” will be released through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on December 12, 2014.
