Thousands of people rang in the New Year with Mickey Mouse Sunday night.
Fireworks exploded at midnight over Cinderella's castle at Walt Disney World, WESH 2 News reported.
Disney actually started the fireworks 10 minutes before midnight but they stopped for a countdown and then started up again.
Guests showed up at all four parks and at Pleasure Island for the fireworks and live music.
While Mickey celebrated with thousands in Orlando, millions showed up to watch the ball drop in Times Square.
New York ushered in 2007 as it has in year's past with the crystal ball drop at midnight.
Revelers cheered, more than a million people showed up at the crossroads of the world to help celebrate the New Year.
As in years past, they were faced with tightened security, security checkpoints and uniformed and undercover officers.
Officials said everything went off without a hitch.
Helping to ring in the New Year and with the crystal ball drop were members from every military branch.
